Spiritual counselling is done through “Sessions and dialogues”
The number ONE enemy nowadays is stress. We are the one who creates the stress, and then again we are the ones to complain about it. I believe stress is a disease within itself and untreated creates many problems. Stress is created in many ways. It may come from the complexity of life today, the burden of responsibility, inner frustration, fears of insecurity and the unknown; caring too much in an unbalanced way for our dear ones; fed up generally with lack of prospect in life and many other causes.
People are so hungry to know the “tomorrow” and they miss to bath in the light of “today”. We are the big fat consumer of a fake society, based on more work, more money, and more cushions to rest our tired legs.
Stress is like the night creeping in on daylight. It happens so gradually you don't realize it until it's dark. I have seen friends start with high blood pressure medication and then as the meds start to break down other parts of their bodies, they end up with kidney failure; or nervous twitches that end up taking meds, which cause water retention and then heart failure. There is definitely a chain reaction from stress. The impact is devastating as we have parts of our body cut out because of cancer. On the other hand, marriages fall apart because we do not know how to handle it. We condition ourselves to respond to situations because it is expected of us. We stress ourselves without even realizing what we are doing to ourselves. The result is strokes, heart attacks, high blood pressure, etc, etc. Then, instead of addressing the root cause of the problem, we take medications to mask the problem so we can continue to push ourselves more.
Such a misplaced sense of priorities! Such a senseless waste of life and happiness because of a sense of need to take care of business everywhere but in our own lives! We have to have a new car or an expensive home, or the finest furniture. What for? So we can die and leave it to our families? Wouldn't that time and money be better spent and more enjoyed?

Since sessions are intended to change your existing behaviours or to alter the way you approach various aspects of your life, many of the Action Items can be integrated into your day to day activities and so do no require a specific time to be set aside.
It is impossible to make more than a very general guideline on the amount of time you will need to set aside per week, but an hour or so a day would be a reasonable estimate.
Taking good care of yourself is central to living a happy and successful life. The healthier you are the more energy you have, the more alive you feel and the more enthusiastic, optimistic, and positive you are about life.
Your physical health and your inner well-being are not separate entities, each is dependent on the other, and taking care of both is vital.
Don't take your health for granted, protect it, support it, feed it, and take care of it.
Nature may help you a lot! Take a walk, go to the beach, listen to the wind, love the birds, live in harmony with nature and become ONE with it. Mother Nature knows more than we even realize. Just listen beyond the silence and you will have a better quality of life.
