Spiritual Healing

A universal truth is that anyone can learn to heal. You only have to believe in your ability to channel the light and energy from the source and everyone has the ability to tap into the source.  I think that the only requirement is to love and have compassion for the others in order to help them heal. In case the healing is for oneself than it is the same.

 

 

In order to be able to send spiritual healing, one should maintain chakra alignment. This is done through meditation and acknowledging your own spirit. I meditate twice daily and ask for the guidance from the Universal Spirit, when my day starts, and then in the evening to thank the Universal Spirit for the lessons of the day.

 

 

There is no such person to guarantee that Spiritual Healing will bring the much needed result. However, there has been documentation indicating in many cases diseases have been released and patients have been relieved of their ailments. 

 

 

Spiritual Healing is guided healing life energy. It is a gentle energy, which assists in the physical, mental, and natural healing.  The practitioner is the vehicle used to funnel the spiritual energy to the client.  It is very important for the practitioner to remain balanced and grounded in their life's path. This is done by meditation and maintaining chakra alignment.

 

 

It is my belief we are to share the light with others, so they may find their divine self, help each other on their path, and keep it lit with the fire that burns within. Love means to appreciate all living creatures. Therefore, Spiritual Healing may be sent not only to humans but also to all living creatures. I respect all life. From the ant to humankind and I feel it is a tragedy to disregard any creature as a vital part of our lives. Every creature we share this earth with has been brought to us to learn from and appreciate. When any life of any creature is taken it is a crime against life itself and we all suffer in one way or another for the loss of that spirit.

 

 

Spiritual Healing has NO FEE. It is God gift to all of us and must be shared.

 

          

 

 

A simple meditation

 

Sit in a chair in a comfortable, relaxed, restful attitude. Choose a position in which you won’t feel uncomfortable, nor should any light or noise distract your attention or disturb your thoughts during this period. I usually sit on the floor with my back against the wall as I suffer from chronic dizziness/vertigo and I can’t be sitter on a chair. Then begin to concentrate your whole mind upon both heels of your feet, then upon the soles of your feet, then upon your toes.

 

 

After doing this for a minute or two, concentrate your attention upon your ankles—first one, then the other—until you can feel the bones and the skin against them to some degree. Then come upward to the calves of your legs, until you can feel the throbbing of the vessels or existence of the bones in the knees, and your consciousness is centered in those two parts of your body. Then bring the consciousness up to your waist until you can feel the pressure of the clothes, feel the flesh and the internal organs of the abdomen; next, slowly come to the chest and breasts, one at a time.

 

 

Then start with your hands, allowing them to lie comfortably in your lap; first concentrate on your fingers, then on your wrists, up to your elbows, and finally come up to your shoulders. Then concentrate your attention on your heart, until you can feel it beat, then your lungs until you are conscious of the rhythm of breathing, then on your back, and then the lower part of your face, until you can almost feel the teeth in the gums without biting upon them. Then concentrate on your ears and eyes, and finally upon the top of your head until you can feel the scalp, the hair upon it, and have a realization of the brain within the cranium.

 

 

If you will give one full minute’s concentration to each part of the body in this way, and then begin all over again with the feet and come up to the top of the head, and do it even a third time, you will find it the best hour you ever spent. The idea is to begin at the lower extremities of the body and gradually concentrate, quicken, and awaken a consciousness in one section of the body at a time. It will cause the objective consciousness, as well as the physic consciousness, to develop, and increase in that part of the body. The nerve centers in those parts will be awakened by this process until by the time you have reached the head you will find that your whole body is tingling with life and vitality such as you have not experienced before.

 

 

After having done this for three or four days, the next time you do it, take a deep breath and hold it while you concentrate on each part of the body. You will find that this adds to your vitality. The deep breath gives you an extra amount of positive energy, which quickens and enlivens the physic senses of those parts on which you are concentrating. The extra amount of vitality that enters the blood cells of the lungs each time you take a deep breath and hold it is passed is passed of by the blood in its circulation at these points were you are concentrating.

 

 

By deep breathing, we mean inhaling (breathing in) but not to the point of discomfort. Then, hold the breath as long as possible, also without discomfort, and exhale as instructed. If, of course, one has respiratory illness—that is, illness of the lungs or a heart ailment—it is advisable to dispense with deep breathing. Persons capable of normal exercise, however, will find this most beneficial.
